Visitors Identification

• All persons entering the hospital must be identified during their stay in our facilities.
• The visitor must register with the security personnel and present identification with the admission personnel at the access to the Hospitalization, who will give him/her an identification badge according to the room he/she will visit. The badge must be worn visibly.
• In the event of loss of a companion or visitor badge, a replacement fee will be charged.
• Please mention this policy to your visitors.
